Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (SATSSB) is honoured to be recognised by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) Johor with Certificates of Appreciation and the prestigious Bestari Partner Award in conjunction with the 43rd World Customs Day celebration.
Held on 17 April 2025 at Dataran Misbahudin, Menara Kastam Johor, the event was part of the Hari Bersama Pelanggan - an annual highlight in the JKDM Johor calendar. This year's celebration carried the theme "Kastam Melaksanakan Komitmen ke Arah Kecekapan, Keselamatan dan Kemakmuran" ("Customs Delivering on Commitments Towards Efficiency, Security and Prosperity"), acknowledging the invaluable contributions of strategic partners and stakeholders who have worked alongside JKDM to uphold national security and economic integrity.
Representing SATSSB at the event were Cik Nur Dayana Ibrahim, Manager of Business Development, and Encik Muhammad Izwan bin Mohd Idrus, Senior Executive of Airport Services, who received the certificates and award on behalf of the management.
This recognition is a testament to SATSSB's steadfast commitment, outstanding collaboration, and operational excellence in supporting customs enforcement and facilitation at Senai International Airport. It also highlights the shared responsibility in contributing to national revenue through efficient and secure logistics.
The event was graced by YBrs. Tuan Aminul Izmeer bin Mohd Sohaimi, Director of Johor State Customs, and Tuan Shaharudin bin Abd Majid, Deputy Director of Customs (Customs Operations), who expressed heartfelt appreciation to all partners for their continued dedication. They commended the efforts of award recipients, describing them as inspirational examples of excellence and cooperation.
