Johor Port Welcomes Visit From Ben Line Agencies

Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, hosted 23 delegates from Ben Line Agencies around the globe on 9 August 2022 led by Alan Mossman, Group General Manager of Ben Line Agencies

The Ben Line Agencies’ delegations were welcomed by Thiagu Krishnan, Head of Operations Division of Johor Port, together with Dinesh Shanker Supramaniam, Head of Key Business Account Container Terminal of Johor Port, and Khiruddin Kalil, Head of Key Business Account Conventional Terminal of Johor Port.  

The said visit was an initiative by the Key Business Account Departments to engage and foster a business relationship with one of the core customers for the Off Shore Inspection Maintenance and Repair segment in Johor Port.

The delegations received a comprehensive presentation on the Port’s milestones, Operational performance, and the ongoing development of Johor Port as Malaysia’s Premier Southern Gateway Multi-Purpose Port. The delegations were then taken for a technical port tour around Johor Port to further understand the services and facilities provided by the Multi-Purpose Port, as well as q boat tour to the Johor River Anchorage.

The visit concluded with a positive response from the Ben Line Agencies which further strengthen the mutual business relationship between both parties.
