On 22 September 2022, Senai Airport Terminal Services Sdn Bhd (Senai International Airport), a member of MMC Group, successfully organised The Compliance, Integrity, and Legal (CIL) Day 2022 at the Senai Business Aviation Terminal.
Aimed to foster awareness, the one-day knowledge-sharing session focused on compliance, integrity as well as legal agendas, at the same time, provided an interactive session that encompasses business stakeholders.
CIL Day kicked off with an overview of Corporate Liability under Section 17(A) of the MACC Act 2009 by Tuan Koo Lik Chi, Head of Inspection and Consultation Unit of MACC Johor, followed by Integrity at Workplace by Hazam Shahrin, Senior Manager, Corporate Services of Senai International Airport.
The afternoon session resumed with Electronic Document Management System by Nurul Nadia Abd Aziz and subsequently, talks on legal interests by Nazriah and Arumugam Ganapathy from Messrs Ghazi & Lim. This was followed by Farrah Shida from Messrs Ikbal Salam & Associates, that shared on sexual harassment and grants (hibah) as well as will (wasiat).
The programme officiated by Kennedy Ayu, Chief Executive Officer of Senai International Airport, received a total of 60 business partners as well as colleagues from Port of Tanjung Pelepas and Johor Port Berhad.
