On 27 July 2022, Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, organised Hari Bersama KWSP attended by over 100 employees at the Oasis Training Centre, Johor Port. The one-day programme was led by Faizal Abu Al-Ashari, Deputy Manager of Retirement Advisory Service from EPF Johor Bahru Branch, together with nine other EPF Officers to provide briefings and advisory services to the Johor Port employees.
Hari Bersama KWSP is part of the engagement activities planned by the Human Resources Division to further strengthen mutual relationship between Johor Port and stakeholders. It also provides an opportunity for the EPF to share information about the importance of long-term savings before retirement and to introduce EPF products including the latest protection scheme called i-lindung under the EPF Member Protection Plan.
Apart from that, the EPF also provides counters for i-Akaun EPF, online nomination registration, changes from conventional to shariah EPF accounts, printing EPF statements and updated personal information. Hari Bersama KWSP received encouraging responses from the employees. More similar engaging programmes for the employees will be held in the future.
