On 24 August 2022, Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), a member of MMC Group hosted Kirk Knauff, President cum Chief Executive Officer at Kaleris and Navis and delegation for an inaugural working visit to PTP.
With the agenda to explore future collaborations, Kirk Knauff and his delegation was welcomed by Joe Schofield, Chief Operation Officer of PTP, Nilesh Timbadia, Head of Information Technology Division and several other PTP Management Team. The delegation was given a comprehensive presentation to provide a clearer picture of PTP’s operational performances, the ports progress and its on-going development and contribution of the port industry towards the nation’s economic sustainability by PTP Management.
The delegation was also given a comprehensive tour within the terminal area that includes a briefing of PTP state of the art Asset Digitization System and other latest digitalization projects in PTP.
The working visit by Kirk Knauff, President cum Chief Executive Officer at Kaleris and Navis and delegation was part of PTP’s stakeholders’ engagement programme throughout 2022 that aims to strengthen bilateral relations between PTP and its business partners while at the same time to explore business and investment opportunities for both parties.
