Johor Port Berhad (Johor Port), a member of MMC Group, continued its Food Aid Programme by providing lunch food for the homeless in the temporary Homeless Shelter, Taman Perling for a duration of one week, from Monday, 1 August 2022, until Friday, 5 August 2022.
The Johor Port Food Aid Programme for the homeless is another CSR initiative by Johor Port in collaboration with Persatuan Bulan Sabit Merah Malaysia, which aims to lessen the plight of the homeless living on the streets.
Johor Port will continue to organise more CSR programmes regularly to reach out and help the needy and less fortunate. Over the years, Johor Port has been actively involved in various CSR programmes within the sphere of Education and Community Development, as well as expanding philanthropic activity towards the local and neighbouring communities while helping to foster the spirit of togetherness among its employees.
